Project 1: High Turnover in an Assisted Living Facility
This project’s client was an assisted living facility. The client had expressed a few concerns within their organization they need help with. Their biggest concern was high-turnover rates.
Project 2: Student Interactivity in The Online Classroom
This project focused on creating more student interactivity and engagement in the online classroom. The training included Moore’s model of interaction applied via Zoom platform. The three forms of interaction presented in this model were 1) student to student, 2) student to content, and 3) student to educators.
Project 3: Risks, Strategies, and Impact of Stakeholders
This is an analysis of the impact stakeholders hold and the strategy plan created by management. The organization analyzed is anonymous. Six risks associated with this project were identified, as well as strategies to mitigate each one of them.
Project 4: Low Performance in a Construction Company
This project’s client was a construction company. They were experiencing performance issues caused by the company’s switch to a new software. The new software’s name used for this project was “RedTeam”. The training created was split on two parts: face-to-face classroom training, and e-learning training.
Project 5: Introduction to Virtual Communication
This project was designed for people that are new in the virtual communication world. The chosen communication platform for this training was Slack.
Project 6: The Role of Organizational Support During Transfer of Training
This is a short research paper on the importance of organizational support during transfer of training.
Project 7: Adult First Aid/CPR Training Evaluation
This was an evaluation training project. The evaluated training was the adult first aid/CPR training conducted by the Red Cross. Different types of analysis were conducted including systematic, and iterative.
